By creating an account or using ezrent, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The Service
ezrent is a web-based property management tool for tracking properties, tenants, leases, and payments. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ezrent for any unlawful purpose, to upload data you don't have the right to share, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Termination
You may stop using ezrent at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
Limitation of Liability
ezrent is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Belgium.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
